Uruguay
Story 1: Continue on my way to Concord where it would border on the Argentine side to cross over to Uruguay for the jump, a day before crossing the night contact me Gerome a motorcycle in the area of the waterfall where the next day in the morning would happen to his office to chat a little and give me a map of the country and explain the roads of the same, There he met another biker friend and wife of Gerome. The next day crossing to Uruguay, which borders the process was something easy to just fill out entry forms to Uruguay and check out the passport in Argentina, all processed lasted about 30 minutes, then go to the office where staff showed friendly, but still do their job and review all the bike looking for if not bring any prohibited goods, from there continue to Germoro after talking for a while continue my journey to Cologne one of the most influential European cities, and I get staying at the hostel with a very accessible price, that night I had dinner a grilled chicken that until this day I can remember the taste so delicious that I thought that was already in Uruguay for that particular style so that they to cook their meat red and white. The next day dawned rainy and still be sure to take the day known throughout the city and visiting a museum and outside plate bulls, visiting the museum was somewhat entertaining as it was the shipwreck museum which as its name says recounts a series of shipwrecks ranging from the time that the Spanish, English and Portuguese cities saqui bring treasures in gold to sunken ships that were taken by war in this area not to mention the pirates that was what I most my attention. After spending two days in Cologne to reach the country's capital Montevideo a path of 2 hours, where to get aa this city of nearly 2 million people can experience the kindness of the same although this is a big city, I headed there with Willi a motorcyclist in this city with bikes and workshop where he makes a maintenance service to the adventurous to continue my journey, after talking a while with him, call him Ernesto who would give me stay here in Montevideo, after came to contact Taller Salud and putting about his trip and talking all the adventures that have happened and also to exchange experiences and he did a tour of America coming to Alaska in small-displacement motor, from there we went to his workshop where work aluminum and glass to make windows and doors in the evening we met with other motorcyclists for a pizza dinner at the local shop in front of Willi, a dinner is sufficient for nice and rich.
Story 2: After being in the capital several days exploring the city and enjoy the company of friends Uruguayan continue my way to visit this area Piriapolis, Punta Ballena, Flores and Punta del Este, very quiet place with excellent views where the flora and fauna especially birds show themselves everywhere. Punta del Este a tourist beach surrounded by tall buildings of modern architecture, many people in the street, most of them tourists who stroll along the boardwalk (malecon), a great place to visit and enjoy its beaches and food as varied by the range that exists in all its restaurants, in my taste but I really Piriapolis as it is a very quiet place by the sea where the landscape with sailboats and people fishing make this place wonderful. After meeting all these places continue to Cologne as the last point before crossing to Argentina. Uuruguay a small country but very pretty, very cultured, and friendly people. Thanks to everyone who made my stay a wonderful holiday in Uruguay particular Ernesto who offered his house as another member of the family.
